SAP SE, incorporated on April 8, 1988, is engaged in providing enterprise applications. The Company markets and distributes its products, solutions, and services primarily through a worldwide network of local subsidiaries, which are licensed to distribute SAP offerings to customers in defined territories. The Company’s activities are broken down into two divisions: On-Premise and Cloud. The Company’s On-Premise division is composed of two operating segments, On-Premise Products and On-Premise Services.
