SembCorp Marine Ltd. is an investment holding company engaged in the provision of management services. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates in three business segments: ship and rig repair, building and conversion, ship chartering, and others. The Company’s subsidiaries include Bulk Trade Pte Ltd, Dolphin Shipping Company Private Limited, Jurong Integrated Services Pte Ltd, Jurong SML Pte Ltd and Sembawang Shipyard (S) Pte Ltd, among others. The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in bulk trading, ship owning and chartering, steel fabrication work, marine and general electronic and electrical works, provision of contract services, ship and rig repair, building conversion and related services, provision of tugging and sea transportation services, research and development in offshore and marine technology, and investment holding. In March 2009, the Company acquired the remaining 30% interest in JPL Corporation Pte Ltd.
