On September 1, 2008, Swisscom sold all its shares in Minick Holding AG to the German Net Mobile AG. In 2008, Swisscom Central & Eastern Europe sold all its shares in Air Bites Polska sp. z.o.o. In November 2009, Swisscom AG acquired WECO Inkasso AG, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse.
