SEGRO plc is a provider of Flexible Business Space in Europe. The Company is a real estate investment trust (REIT), which provides business space. The Company has operations in 10 countries, serving 1,700 customers operating in a range of sectors, representing both small and large businesses, from start-ups to global corporations. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had approximately 5.1 million square meters of business space.
