Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd., incorporated on September 14, 2007, is a general shipping agency service provider with subsidiaries in Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China. The Company provides shipping agency services in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) through its affiliate, Sino-Global Shipping Agency Ltd. (Sino-China). Through these offices, it is able to coordinate its clients’ shipping needs, including preparing documents, husbanding vessels, working through customs issues, coordinating matters with port authorities, overseeing and settling cargo claims, tracking shipments, recommending trucking, warehousing and complementary services. It also acts as a local agent and attends vessels directly in the ports in which we have branch offices. In December 2012, the Company established a wholly owned subsidiary Sino-Global Shipping Canada Inc.

The Company provides shipping agency services to a variety of vessel sizes and types, including Handysize, Panamax, Capesize, Roll-On/Roll-Off RORO, and VLCC class vessels. The Company assists clients with a variety of shipping requirements, including bulk and break-bulk general cargo, vehicle transports and raw materials, such as crude oil and oil products and iron, manganese and other metal ores. It provides shipping agency services for all vessels carrying iron ore for Capital Steel. Its customers include Chinese steel manufacturers, traders and international shipping companies that wish to ship goods to and from China. Its customer includes Beijing Shou-Rong Forwarding Service Co., Ltd, which is an affiliate of Capital Steel, a steel company in China. It provides shipping agency services for all vessels carrying iron ore for Capital Steel. In addition to these companies, we provide shipping agency services to a variety of shipping companies from Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Singapore, Japan and South Korea.
