Standard Motor Products, Inc., incorporated in December 30, 1926, is a manufacturer and distributor of replacement parts for motor vehicles in the automotive aftermarket industry with a focus on heavy duty, industrial equipment and the original equipment service market. The Company operates through two segments: Engine Management Segment and Temperature Control Segment. The Engine Management Segment manufactures and remanufactures ignition and emission parts, ignition wires, battery cables, fuel system parts and sensors for vehicle systems. The Temperature Control Segment manufactures and remanufactures air conditioning compressors, air conditioning and heating parts, engine cooling system parts, power window accessories, and windshield washer system parts. The Company sells its products to warehouse distributors, large retail chains, original equipment manufacturers and original equipment service part operations in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe.
The Company's Engine Management segment manufactures a line of engine management replacement parts, including electronic ignition control modules, fuel injectors, remanufactured diesel injectors and pumps, ignition wires, coils, switches, relays, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, distributor caps and rotors, various sensors primarily measuring temperature, pressure and position in numerous vehicle systems (such as camshaft and crankshaft position, fuel pressure, vehicle speed, tire pressure monitoring (TPMS) and mass airflow sensors), electronic throttle bodies and various other engine management components. The Company's brand names include Standard, Blue Streak, BWD, Select, Intermotor, OEM, LockSmart, TechSmart, Tech Expert and GP Sorensen. Its co-label and private label brands include CARQUEST BWD, CARQUEST Intermotor, Duralast, Duralast Gold, Import Direct, Master Pro, NAPA, NAPA Echlin, NAPA Proformer Mileage Plus and NAPA Belden. Wire and cable parts include ignition (spark plug) wires, wire harnesses, battery cables and a range of electrical wire, terminals, connectors and tools for servicing an automobile's electrical system.

Temperature Control Segment
The Company manufactures, remanufactures and markets a line of replacement parts for automotive temperature control (air conditioning and heating) systems, engine cooling systems, power window accessories and windshield washer systems, primarily through its brand names, such as Four Seasons, Factory Air, EVERCO, ACi, Imperial, COMPRESSORWORKS, TORQFLO and Hayden, and through co-labels and private labels, such as NAPA Temp Products, Cold Power, Driveworks, ToughOne and Murray. The product groups sold by its Temperature Control Segment are new and remanufactured compressors, clutch assemblies, blower and radiator fan motors, filter dryers, evaporators, accumulators, hose assemblies, thermal expansion devices, heater valves, heater cores, air conditioner (AC) service tools and chemicals, fan assemblies, fan clutches, oil coolers, window lift motors, window regulators and assemblies, and windshield washer pumps.
