Synergetics USA, Inc. (Synergetics USA), incorporated on June 2, 2005, is a supplier of precision surgical devices. The Company’s primary focus is on the disciplines of ophthalmology and neurosurgery. The Company’s product lines focus upon precision engineered, disposable and reusable devices, surgical equipment, procedural kits and the delivery of various energy modalities for the performance of surgery, including laser energy, ultrasonic energy, radio frequency energy for electrosurgery and lesion generation and visible light energy for illumination, and where applicable, simultaneous infusion (irrigation) of fluids into the operative field.

As of July 31, 2012, the Company’s development pipeline included 26 active projects in various stages of completion. The Company designs, manufactures and assembles its ophthalmic, direct neurosurgical and certain of its original equipment manufacturing (OEM) products in its facility in O’Fallon, Missouri. The bipolar electrosurgical generators, including the neurosurgical, pain control and other generator units are manufactured in its facility in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
