Swiber Holdings Limited is engaged in investment holding and provision of corporate services. It operates through three core business units: Offshore Construction Services (OCS), Offshore Support Services (OSS) and Offshore Drilling Services (ODS). OCS is operated through the Company’s subsidiary, Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd., and services offered include project management, transportation and installation of fixed offshore platforms, and transportation and installation of subsea pipelines and floating production systems. OSS is operated through the subsidiaries, Kreuz International Pte Ltd and Kreuz Subsea Pte Ltd, and services offered include marine transportation, charter of offshore marine support vessels, ship repair and maintenance services, and shipyard and shipbuilding services. ODS is operated through the Company’s subsidiary, Equatorial Drilling International Pte Ltd, and services include offshore drilling project management, and drilling services and logistics.
