The Company provides end-to-end services, including advisory, implementation, testing and application management and support services of customer relationship management (CRM) from Salesforce.com, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions from SAP AG and Oracle Corporation, including PeopleSoft. The Company also provides e-business solutions using Java and the Microsoft .NET and MOSS platforms and infrastructure management services, as well as ERP testing services. Its customer base includes middle market businesses and public sector organizations. In July 2012, the Company acquired SAP channel partner, Mile5 Solutions LLC (Mile5 Solutions).

The Company has six wholly owned subsidiaries: Systems America, Inc., CollectiveGain Corp. (CG), UnwiredX, Inc. (UX), Systems America Public Sector, Inc. (SAPS), SVS Services, Inc. (SVS) and Nexent Ventures, LLC (NVL). On June 10, 2010, the Company entered into agreement with Systems America, Inc. and Systems America, Inc. became wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. On September 1, 2010, the Company entered into agreement with Collective Gain Corp. and CG became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. On September 14, 2010, the Company entered into agreement with SAPS, SVS and UX, and APS, SVS and UX became wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. On October 3, 2010, the Company entered into agreement with NVL and NVL became wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Application Management Services

The Company’s application management services provide the resources, processes and tools needed for user, technical and operations support. It uses a range of assessment, transition and long-term processes to deliver support. Its application management services include service offerings for application management, application development, application integration and application optimization. It provides application management services directly to end-user organizations.

Testing Services

The Company focuses on providing ERP Test Automation services. It provides test strategy and provides functional, regression and performance testing. It is building scripts that automate SAP and Oracle applications testing.
