Tatneft' OAO (Tatneft OJSC) is a Russia-based holding company active within the oil industry. Its operations are dividend into several segments: exploration and drilling, oil production, oil service, refining and gas processing, crude oil and oil product sales, petrochemistry, administration and analytical structures, science, finance, noncommercial and charitable funds and other organizations, including security office. It operates 76 oil fields. The Company trades its product on the domestic markets as well as exports them to Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Croatia, Spain, Bulgaria, Sweden, Greece and France as well as to Ukraine and Belarus. Tatneft' OAO manages its activities through 39 subsidiaries, of which 19 are wholly owned, and through 12 affiliated companies.
