The Company derives revenue from the provision of integrated Web-based, and mobile applications and solutions in Malaysia. The solutions offered by TMS include Enterprise Knowledge Portal (tmsEKP), eGrant Management System and tmsFRAMEWORK. The Company’s eGrant Management System (eGMS) designed to integrate and simplify the automatic and online management of grants. tmsFRAMEWORK is a multi-tier application development and deployment framework, which provides basic modules and components for simplifying and expediting the development of e-business applications to meet specific organizational needs. MS Software Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which is engaged in providing information technology system and integration services. In November 2009, TMS incorporated Open Dynamics Sdn Bhd.
