Tofas Turk Otomobil Fabrikasi A.S. (Tofas) is a Turkey-based company, founded as a Turkish-Italian partnership between Koc Holding A.S. and Fiat Auto S.p.A. The Company manufactures, assembles and distributes passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, as well as engines, spare parts and accessories under the Fiat Auto S.p.A license, both in domestic and international markets. It also provides sales and after-sales services for Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari and Maserati branded vehicles, in addition to Fiat branded cars and commercial vehicles. Tofas’s manufacturing facilities are located in Bursa. Models manufactured by the Company include Palio, Albea, MCV, SKD, Marea, Linea and Doblo.
