Tupperware Brands Corporation (Tupperware Brands), incorporated on February 8, 1996, is a global direct-to-consumer company engaged in the manufacture and sale of Tupperware products, and cosmetics and personal care products. The Company operates through five segments in three geographic regions: Europe (Europe, Africa and the Middle East), Asia Pacific and the Americas. The Company's segments are Europe, Asia Pacific, Tupperware North America, Beauty North America and South America. The Company's Europe, Asia Pacific and Tupperware North America segments include primarily design-centric preparation, storage and serving solutions for the kitchen and home through the Tupperware brand. The Europe segment includes Avroy Shlain, which sells beauty and personal care products. The Asia Pacific segment sells beauty and personal care products under the NaturCare, Nutrimetics and Fuller brands. The Company's Beauty North America segment offers cosmetics, skin care and personal care products marketed under the BeautiControl brand in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, and the Armand Dupree and Fuller Cosmetics brands in Mexico and Central America. The Company's South America segment offers both housewares and beauty products under the Armand Dupree, Fuller, Nuvo and Tupperware brands.
The Company's Tupperware product line consists of design-centric preparation, storage, and serving solutions for the kitchen and home. Tupperware also has lines of cookware, knives, microwave products, microfiber textiles, water related items, and an array of products for on-the-go consumers. The Company offers traditional kitchen and home products, such as the Salad Spinner and Measuring Cups, as well as the EZ Mix n Stor and EZ Shaker. Its Tupperware product offering also includes the Tupperware Click Series Peeler System and the Warmie-Tup Serving Range, which insulates foods to maintain serving temperatures for longer. Other offerings include the Silicone Baking Forms Football Sheet with Rim, the Microwave Rice Maker Large, the Eco Prep Fruit Juicer and the Click to Go Containers. Its Fusion Master System includes the Chef Press Dicer for added functionality and the Freezer Mates range includes various size options. It also provides a range of knives, Chef Series Pure Knives, featuring a Bread Knife, a Chef Knife, a Paring Knife and a Utility Knife. It also offers Eco Bottles, which are printable, and Kids' Eco Bottle range.
The Company manufactures and distributes skin and hair care products, cosmetics, bath and body care, toiletries, fragrances, jewelry and nutritional products. Beauticontrol includes Regeneration Tight and Firm & Fill range, which include Regeneration Tight, Firm & Fill, Dramatic New Anti-Aging Creme, Regeneration Tight, Firm & Fill PM Miracle Complex with Retinol, Regeneration Tight, Firm & Fill PM Intensive Moisturizing Lip Treatment and Regeneration Tight, and Firm & Fill PM Intensive Moisturizing Eye Elixir. The color cosmetics category includes the Beauticontrol Lovely Eyes Palette. Fuller Cosmetics' fragrance lines include Azul Life fragrance for Father's Day, Exclusive by Armand Dupree for him and Armand Dupree Glam for her fragrances for the winter holiday season and a Hello Kitty scent, under license, for the summer. It also offers the Hola Bebe fragrance for her. Tupperware Brands Brazil includes the Nutrimetics brand, including a range of cosmetics, fragrances and skin care products. It also offers Nutrimetics Nutri-Rich Oil with Apricot Kernel Oil and over five fragrances: Miami, Paris, NYC, London and Rouge, all under the Nutrimetics brand.
Tupperware Brands Philippines offers two women's fragrances: Ivana and A Little Romance. Nutrimetics Australia's Ultra Care+ Platinum Skin Care range includes the Ultra Care+ Platinum Skin Care Hand Creme. Its color category includes the Nutrimetics Professional Colour Range, which includes over five products, including Nutrimetics Professional Nude Color Palette. Avroy Shlain offers daily skincare ranges, including two variants: the Nucelle range for dry skin and Tahlita range, which features advanced ingredients, for combination skin. In the advanced skincare range, Cell Revitalization Therapy (CRT), it offers CRT Youth Gel Eye Serum, CRT Hydration Serum and CRT Anti-wrinkle Serum. Its fragrance category includes Adrenalin for men and Inspired Dreams for ladies fragrances, and the Destination Collection New York fragrance. It also offers Gel Nails and CC Creams in the Coppelia Colour range.
