It invests up to 30% of its total assets in restricted securities. It invests up to 25% of total assets in debt securities of energy infrastructure companies, including securities rated below non-investment grade. The Company invests primarily in equity securities of MLPs, which consist of instruments, such as common units, convertible subordinated units and I-Shares. Tortoise Capital Advisors, L.L.C. serves as the Company's investment adviser.
