Ulker Biskuvi Sanayi A.S. (Ulker), formerly Ulker Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., is a Turkey-based food manufacturer, specializing in cookies, crackers, chocolate covered cookies and wafers. It offers 280 assorted products under such brands as Biskrem, Cizi, Petitbeurre, Halley, Ikram, Rondo, Alpella, Haylayf, Canpare, Hanimeller and Altinbasak. Ulker Gida has two main manufacturing plants in Topkapi and Ankara, and a branch office in Ankara. The Company’s products are exported to more than 100 countries, mainly to Central Asia, Europe, Russia, the United States, Africa and the Middle East. The domestic distribution of its products is carried out by Ulker’s subsidiary Atlas Gida Pazarlama and partner companies, Esas Pazarlama, Merkez Gida Pazarlama and Rekor Pazarlama.
