Volzhskaya TGK OAO (TGK-7 OAO or Volzhskaya Territorial’naya generiruyushchaya kompaniya OAO or Volga territorial generating company OJSC or Volga TGC-7 OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the production, distribution and sale of electric and thermal energy on the wholesale and retail markets. The Company incorporates generation and grid assets of Samaraenergo OAO, Saratovenergo OAO and Ulyanovskenergo OAO. Volzhskaya TGK OAO is a part of the Unified Energy System of Russia RAO. The Company operates through four wholly owned subsidiaries: Orenburgskaya teplogeneriruyushchaya kompaniya OAO (Orenburg Heat Generation Company OJSC); SKP OAO, S/p Sokol OOO, and Energofinans OOO, as well as one affiliated company SMUEK OAO (Srednevolzhskaya Upravlyayushchaya Kompaniya OAO.
