Wilmar International Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company engaged in providing management services to its subsidiary companies. The Company operates in four business segments: merchandising and processing, consumer products, plantation and palm oil mills, and others. The merchandising and processing segment includes merchandising of palm oil and laurics-related products. This also includes the operations of palm oil processing and refinery plants. It also includes merchandising and processing of a range of edible oils, oilseeds and grains from the crushing, further processing and refining of soyabean, as well as other oilseeds and grains. The consumer products segment bottled oil business in the People’s Republic of China, Vietnam and Indonesia. The plantation and palm oil mills segment is engaged in oil palm cultivation and milling. The other segment includes the business of manufacturing and distribution of fertiliser products and ship-catering services.
