Profile: Western Wind Energy Corp. (WND.V)

Western Wind Energy Corp. (Western Wind) owns two wind energy electrical generation facilities and is developing wind energy projects in California and Arizona. The Company operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries Aero Energy LLC (Aero) and Western Wind Energy US Corporation (Western Wind US) (formerly Verde Resources Corporation). Aero is responsible for land ownership in California, as well as the operation of the existing 4.5 megawatt Windridge wind farm. Western Wind Energy US is responsible for the land ownership in Arizona, the development of all Arizona and California wind projects and the operation of the existing 30 megawatt Mesa Wind Farm through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mesa Wind Power Corporation.
