The Company didn't disclose how many shares will be offered or an estimated price range in its prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Cowen & Co., Wachovia Securities and Pacific Growth Equities LLC are listed as underwriters for the offering. Aldagen expects to use the net proceeds from this offering for research and development activities.
