Analysts International and Netarx, LLC announced that they have signed a definitive agreement under which Netarx will acquire substantially all the assets of the Company's value-added reseller (VAR) business and its supporting service offerings. The agreement was signed on August 4, 2009, and is effective immediately. As part of this agreement, the Company and Netarx will enter into an alliance agreement and continue to work together to jointly serve the IT and network communication needs of clients throughout the Great Lakes region.
