APAC Customer Services, Inc. announces the renewal of a multi-year contract with a Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliate company. As part of the agreement, APAC will continue to assist this client's members and providers with inbound customer care, benefits information, eligibility and claims status. APAC agents will also assist with claims adjustments on a limited basis.

APAC Customer Services, Inc. announced that it has reaffirmed fiscal 2009 guidance and expects year-over-year revenue growth for 2009 to be in the low double-digits to mid-teens and EPS in the range of $0.60 - $0.65. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $280.16 million and EPS of $0.63 for fiscal 2009.

APAC Customer Services, Inc. announced that for fiscal 2009, it expects year over year revenue growth to be in the low double-digits to mid-teens, comparable to previous guidance of high single-digit to low double-digit growth and earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.60-$0.65, compared to previous EPS guidance of $0.55-$0.60. The Company reported revenue of $248.80 million in fiscal 2008. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report revenue of $288 million and EPS of $0.60 for the same period.

APAC Customer Services, Inc. announced the award of a multi-year contract to provide customer care and back-office support on behalf of a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. Under the agreement, APAC will provide inbound enrollment and customer care support, including assistance with calls requiring APAC agents licensed in insurance.

APAC Customer Services, Inc. announced the award of a multi-year contract to provide customer care and sales support on behalf of a new client in the media and entertainment industry. The program will be implemented in multiple APAC contact centers in support of the client's North American customers, and at full ramp will add approximately 500 new APAC employees in the U.S. and Philippines.
