Atlas Air Fuels Savings and Compliance With Ariba, Inc.

Ariba, Inc. announced that it has signed a new agreement with Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW), a provider of global air cargo assets and services. Under the terms of the agreement, Atlas Air will leverage Ariba's SaaS offerings to drive savings across its operations and ensure that they make their way to the bottom line. As part of its Continuous Improvement initiatives, Atlas Air will implement Ariba Sourcing On-Demand, Ariba Contract Management On Demand and Ariba Procure-to-Pay. 

 
Ariba, Inc. Issues Q1, FY 2010 Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates-Conference Call

Ariba, Inc. announced that for first quarter of 2010, it expects total revenue in the range of $85 million plus or minus $1 million, non-GAAP net income of roughly $15.5 million or approximately $0.17 to $0.19. The Company also announced that for fiscal 2010, it expects total revenue to be approximately $350 million plus or minus $5 million, non GAAP EPS to be approximately $0.72 to $0.76. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report revenue of $85 million, non GAAP net income of $15.12 million, EPS of $0.18 for first quarter of 2010 and revenue of $351 million, non GAAP EPS of $0.74 for fiscal 2010. 

 
Ariba, Inc. Signs Agreement With The Carphone Warehouse

Ariba, Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with The Carphone Warehouse. Under the terms of the contract, Carphone Warehouse will implement the Company's solutions to standardize and streamline its Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) sourcing and contract management processes in order to drive sustainable savings and improve efficiencies.
