Amerigon, Inc. announced that its Climate Control Seat (CCS) system will be offered as an option for the front seats of the redesigned 2010 Infiniti M45 performance sedan and its Japanese counterpart, the Nissan Fuga sold only in Japan. The Infiniti Q45, which has been replaced by the M45, and the Nissan CIMA, which has been replaced in Japan by the Fuga, were the first vehicles made by Nissan to offer CCS, and have featured the heated and cooled seat system since the 2003 model year. The vehicles are expected to be in showrooms this fall.

Amerigon, Inc. announced that its Climate Control Seat (CCS) system will be offered as an option in both front and rear seats in the all new 2010 Jaguar XJ, Jaguar's flagship luxury sport sedan sold throughout the world. The Jaguar XJ was the first Jaguar to offer Amerigon's actively heated and cooled seat system. Introduced as a front seat option in the 2008 Jaguar XJ, CCS will be offered for both front and rear seats.

Amerigon, Inc. announced that its Climate Control Seat (CCS) system will be offered as an option in both front and rear seats in the new 2010 Range Rover, a full-size luxury sport utility vehicle (SUV). The Range Rover, now owned by India-based Tata Motors, Ltd., has offered the heating and cooling comfort of CCS as an option for the front seats since the 2007, model year and now will offer CCS for both front and rear seats.

Amerigon, Inc. and 5N Plus Inc. announced that they have established a partnership, to be called ZT Plus, to develop and manufacture thermoelectric materials designed to enable the use of TE technology in a wide variety of heating and cooling and power generation applications for industrial, consumer, medical, electronics and automotive markets. Nicholas Audet, Manager of Research and Development of 5N Plus, will lead the new partnership in its initial stages. 

 
Amerigon, Inc. Issues Q3 2009 Revenue Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates

Amerigon, Inc. announced that for third quarter of 2009, it expects revenues to increase 30% to 40% compared with first and second quarters of 2009. The Company reported revenue of $10.17 in first quarter of 2009; revenue of $10.72 million in second quarter of 2009. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report $13.99 for third quarter of 2009.
