BancFirst Corp. Announces Agreement t To Acquire First Jones Bancorporation
BancFirst Corp. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire First Jones Bancorporation, and its subsidiary bank, First State Bank, Jones Oklahoma. American Underwriters acquired all of the outstanding common stock of Century Life Assurance Company when the sale was completed on November 30, 2006.
