Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. announced that lawsuit filed against the Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. (Turkcell), regarding the charges made by Turkcell for connection with the Company’s network, has ended in its favor. The Company also stated that Turkcell must pay it TRY 279,227,318, which consists of main amount of TRY 137, 733,276 and late penalty of TRY 141,494,042.

Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. announced that its Board of Directors has recommended the distribution of a total of TRY 1,490,156,976.53, equivalent to gross TRY 0.4257591 per share, as cash dividends for the fiscal year 2008. The Company distributed a total of gross TRY 0.78 and net TRY 0.67 per share as cash dividends for the fiscal year 2007. 

 
Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. Files Lawsuit Against Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S.

Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. for violating the Internetwork Communication and Collaboration Agreement and public law. Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. claimed that Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. has been applying higher call termination fees to Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. than it has applied to its own customers. Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. is claiming a total of TRY 10,000 for the extra call termination fees that it has paid up until now, and a total of TRY 10,000 for its direct and indirect damages. 

 
Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. Announces Collective Labor Agreement Ratification

Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. announced that it will sign the Collective Labor Agreement protocol with Haber-Ixs Sendikasi on April 8, 2009, which will be valid between March 1, 2009 and February 28, 2011. Based on the protocol, for the first six months of the first year, the Company will offer a 3% raise; 3.5% raise for the second six months; 2.5% raise for the third six months, and 2.5% raise for the fourth six months. The Company stated that if the inflation rate will exceed 2.5% in the third and fourth six-month periods, 75% of the exceeded amounts will be added to the employees' salaries in the next period.
