Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. announced that for fourth quarter of 2009, it expects revenues in the range of $245-$268 million and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) to be between $0.53-$0.60. For fiscal 2009, it expects revenues in the range of $897-$920 million and non-GAAP EPS to be between $1.97-$2.04. GAAP EPS is expected to be be in the range of $1.60-$1.67. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenues of $253 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.54 for fourth quarter of 2009 and revenues of $901 million and non-GAAP EPS of $1.95 for fiscal 2009.

For fiscal 2009, it expect revenues in the range of $870-$920 million and non-GAAP earnings per share between $1.88s to $2.00. GAAP based EPS is expected to be approximately $0.40 less than that. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of $228 million and EPS of $0.47 for third quarter of 2009; revenue of $888 million and EPS of $1.89 for fiscal 2009.
