Cimatron Ltd. To Showcase New Machine Simulator At CMTS, Toronto
Cimatron Limited announced that it will exhibit the latest version of CimatronE at the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show. These enhancements are included in the recently released CimatronE version 9.0. CimatronE 9.0 provides a new machine simulator, using a more advanced method to accurately and reliably verify the machining process. The simulator displays material removal within the machine environment for both 3-Axis and 5-Axis machines.

Cimatron Ltd. announced that Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM, its software for programming CNC machine tools, will partner with Celeritive Technologies to incorporate VoluMill as an integrated option for GibbsCAM. This software collaboration will provide a seamless integration between GibbsCAM and VoluMill's ultra-high performance toolpath engine.
Cimatron Ltd.'s GibbsCAM Post Processors Available for Mori Seiki's New NZ Series
Cimatron Ltd. announced the release of GibbsCAM post processors developed for Mori Seiki's NZ series of machine tools. GibbsCAM's posted output effectively supports the advanced capabilities of these multi-tasking machine tools, because of a collaborative effort with Mori Seiki. As competitive pressures grow, so does the market demand for high-efficiency mass production machine tools like the Mori Seiki NZ line which can reduce machining time. The Mori Seiki NZ series of machine tools are ideally suited for mass-production machining. The NZ series machines can be configured with up to three turrets, all using Mori Seiki's BMT(Built-in Motor Turret) technology. By placing the motor inside the turret, heat generation and vibration are kept to a minimum and transmission efficiency is improved. The new NZ Series of multi-axes machines offers not only turning, but also milling with the Y-axis. With the longest Y-axis stroke in its class, it achieves high-precision, high efficiency machining. In addition to developing post processors for the Mori Seiki NZ series line, GibbsCAM post processors are also available for Mori Seiki's NMV series of 5-Axis machine tools.

Cimatron Ltd. announced that it has completed the exercise of its previously disclosed second call option to acquire an additional 49% of the shares of Microsystem Srl, the Company's Italian distributor, and accordingly, to increase its holding in Microsystem from 51% to 100%. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
