Digi International, Inc. Issues Q1, FY 2010 Guidance; Revenue Guidance Below Analysts' Estimates
Digi International, Inc. announced that for first quarter 2010 it expects revenue in a range of $40 million to $44 million and net income per fully diluted share in a range of $0.02 to $0.08. For fiscal 2010 it expects revenue in a range of $165 million to $190 million, or an increase of 0% to 14.5% over fiscal year 2009. Digi projects net income per fully diluted share to be in a range of $0.16 to $0.42. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $46 million and EPS of $0.08 for first quarter 2010; revenue of $195 million and EPS of $0.36 for fiscal 2010.
