Digital Ally, Inc. Receives Orders From Nine Domestic Law Enforcement Agencies Totaling Almost $1 Million

Digital Ally, Inc. announced that it has, to date, received orders for fourth quarter delivery from nine domestic law enforcement agencies with a combined value of almost $1 million. This will represent a record number of individual orders in excess of $100,000 each to be shipped in a single quarter. The previous quarterly record for $100,000+ order shipments occurred in the third quarter of 2009. The Company secured the orders from four Metropolitan Police Departments, four large Sheriff's departments and one Indian Nation Police Department. When combined with a previously announced order from the Turkish Police Department, the Company's order backlog now exceeds $5 million.

Digital Ally, Inc. announced that it has received an order from the Turkish Police department for DVM-750 In-Car Digital Video Systems valued at over $3,000,000. Digital Ally, Inc. has been awarded a contract from the General Directorate of Police. The order for DVM-750 systems is expected to be shipped to the General Directorate of Police in the fourth quarter of 2009. 

 
Digital Ally, Inc. Receives New State Contract For DVM-500/DVM-500 Plus Systems By State of Arkansas

Digital Ally, Inc. announced that it has been awarded a new two year term state contract by the State of Arkansas. Under the contract the Company will supply its DVM-500/DVM-500 Plus In-Car Digital Video Systems to the Arkansas State Police. The contract includes an option for renewal in five one year increments by mutual agreement.

Digital Ally, Inc. Announces Initial Orders From Turkey and China

Digital Ally, Inc. announced that it has received initial orders from law enforcement agencies in Turkey and China. Through its sales representative in Turkey, Mesan Inc., Digital Ally has been awarded an initial contract for 50 DVM-500 Plus In-Car Rearview Mirror Systems from the Turkish Gendarmerie, a branch of the Ministry of Interior that is responsible for the maintenance of public order in areas that fall outside the jurisdiction of police forces. The DVM-500 Plus systems will be placed into service in the Istanbul district. Digital Ally also announced that an initial order for 20 DVF-500 Digital Video Flashlight Systems has been received from the Beijing Municipal Department of Public Security.
