DSP Group, Inc. reported in its Form 8-K that the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ofer Elyakim as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, effective as of July 23, 2009. Concurrent with Mr. Elyakim's appointment, Mr. Ayalon stepped down as CEO but will retain his role as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The VoIP solution will enable D-Link to develop an array of feature-rich cordless-over-IP (CoIP) digital home telephony products for usage across the globe.

DSP Group, Inc. announced that DOSCH&AMAND, a design center for DECT solutions, will base its CAT-iq 2.0 certification equipment on DSP Group's system-on-a-chip (SoC) technology. The DECT Forum chose DOSCH&AMAND as its sole partner for, and supplier of, CAT-iq 2.0 certification test equipment for use by members of the industry association within the framework of its worldwide CAT-iq 2.0 Certification Program.
