The Company also announced that it expects to generate income from continuing operations of $100 million to $110 million for fiscal 2009. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report EBITDA $233 million for fiscal 2009. The Company also announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.14 per share to be paid on September 28, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 14, 2009 and has appointed Bradley A. Ferguson as its Chief Financial Officer effective August 1, 2009.
