Dow Jones reported that according to The New York Post, IAC/InterActiveCorp has been shopping media email tip sheet Very Short List for the past few months, citing multiple sources. Sources said it is in active discussions with several buyers and a deal is expected in the not too distant future. Among those possibly interested are The Pilot Group and New York Observer owner Jared Kushner, while the founders of VSL are considering a management buyout.

Meetic To Acquire Match.com's European Operations From IAC InterActiveCorp
IAC InterActiveCorp and Meetic announced that they have entered into an agreement for Meetic to acquire Match.com's European operations from IAC. IAC will sell 100% of the stock of the entity that houses Match.com's European operations for an approximate 27% stake in Meetic, plus a EUR5 million note. Additional terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
