ICF Incorporated, LLC, a subsidiary of ICF International, Inc. announced that it has won a new contract worth over $5 million from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services ACF Children's Bureau. Throughout this three year contract, ICF will provide technical assistance on state and federal child welfare automation projects. ICF International, Inc. announced that for fourth quarter 2009 it expects core business revenues in the range of $165 million to $170 million, and earnings per diluted share of $0.30 to $0.33. For fiscal 2009 it expects revenues of $665 million to $670 million, and earnings per diluted share of $1.33 to $1.36. For fiscal 2010 it expects revenues of $715 million to $750 million compared to $605 million to $610 million in core business revenues in 2009. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $170 million and EPS of $0.33 for fourth quarter 2009; revenue of $670 million and EPS of $1.33 for fiscal 2009; revenue of $731 million for fiscal 2010.

ICF Incorporated, LLC, a subsidiary of ICF International, Inc., announced that it has won five new contracts totaling over $5 million to support a variety of U.S. federal agencies with climate change and sustainability efforts. As a result of the recent Executive Order for Federal Leadership in Environmental, Energy, and Economic Performance, the federal government has reinforced its commitment to the sustainable and climate friendly operations of federal agencies. These contracts with five different federal agencies include emissions inventory support, efforts to improve energy conservation, and assessing and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from federal agencies. In the contract for $2.9 million from the Federal Highway Administration, ICF will support efforts to adapt to the effects of climate change on transportation systems along the Gulf Coast. Adaptation efforts are becoming an important component in understanding and planning for the effects of climate change.

ICF Incorporated, LLC, a subsidiary of ICF International, Inc. announced that it was awarded a single, ID/IQ award for up to $5 million with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). ICF will assist with the Public Assistance Program Customer Satisfaction Survey program. This new, five-year agreement consists of one base year and four option years. ICF will develop and execute in-depth customer satisfaction surveys to provide FEMA with an effective means of assessing the performance of disaster recovery programs and identifying areas for potential improvement.
