ICOP Digital Inc. announced the exercise of 735,500 ICOPZ Class B warrants, in the last week bringing in $308,910 in proceeds to ICOP. To date, 2.9 Million ICOPZ's have been exercised bringing in over $1.2 million in additional funds to the Company for this offering. Currently there are 6,082,418 ICOPZ that have not been exercised. A 100% conversion of the Class B warrants will provide a total of $3,724,980 to ICOP.

Under this shelf process, the Company may sell (however without obligation) any combination of securities described in the prospectus in one or more offerings, with an aggregate initial offering price not to exceed $25,000,000. In the event the Company uses this funding mechanism, the net proceeds of any offering would primarily be used for inventory and general corporate purposes.

ICOP Digital Inc. announced that 88th MP Detachment in Camp Zama, Japan, recently purchased ICOP Model 20/20-W digital in-car video systems through Raytheon Company. The 88th MP Detachment is part of the United States Army Japan & I Corps (Forward), a joint military organization. The Company systems will be used to reinforce local security and assist in daily operations. The recorded digital video will be stored on existing Army servers, using the Company's digital video management software solution, ICOP DVMS.
