Interval International, a global provider of vacation services and an operating segment of Interval Leisure Group, Inc. announced the addition of Grand Laguna Beach in the Dominican Republic to its vacation exchange network. Currently under construction, the purpose-built, mixed-use resort is being developed by Inversiones Internacionales del Caribe, S.A., which is led by president Tim Neeb, a well-respected developer in Canada.

InterActiveCorp Files Registration For Interval Leisure Group Inc. Spinoff-DJ
Dow Jones reported that InterActiveCorp filed a registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its spinoffs of HSN Inc., Interval Leisure Group Inc., Ticketmaster and Tree.com. InterActiveCorp will distribute about 73.28 million shares of HSN's common stock to the holders of IAC's common stock and Class B common stock. Each holder of IAC common stock and Class B common stock will receive one-fifth of a share of HSN's common stock, one-fifth of a share of Interval Leisure Group's common stock, one-fifth of a share of Ticketmaster's common stock and one-thirtieth of a share of Tree.com's common stock for every share of IAC common stock and Class B common stock.
