InterNAP Network Services Corporation announced that it will implement a restructuring program designed to reduce operating costs. As part of this effort, Internap will reduce its workforce by approximately 10% (approximately 45 employees). These reductions are primarily in back-office staff functions and include the elimination of certain senior management positions. The Company also announced that, for the first quarter of 2009, it expects revenue to be in the range of $62-$65 million and adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $4-$5 million. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report EBITDA of $9 million and revenues of $65 million for the first quarter of 2009.
