Working with Springstone Financial, IntegraMed will be offering flexible installment loan financing for fertility procedures, supported by enhanced customer service, on-line capabilities, and consumer friendly terms.
IntegraMed America, Inc. Delays Filing of Form 10-K To Review Revenue Recognition Method In Consumer Services Segment
IntegraMed America, Inc. announced that as a result of a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) review of its Securities Exchange Act reports, including its 2007 Form 10-K, the Company is reviewing its accounting methods for its Attain IVF Program (formerly known as the IntegraMed Shared Risk Refund Program). Operating results from the Attain IVF Program are reported under the Company's Consumer Services segment and represented approximately 10% of the Company's 2008 revenues and approximately 30% of the 2008 contribution as reported on February 17, 2009. As a result of the accounting issues raised by the SEC, IntegraMed has filed a Form 12b-25 to extend the filing deadline of its 2008 Form 10-K by 15 days.

IntegraMed America, Inc. Expands Fertility Provider Network Into New Market With Contract For South Carolina Practice
IntegraMed America, Inc. announced that it has executed a 25 year contract to provide its full range of fertility business, marketing and facility services to Southeastern Fertility Center (SEFC) in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, near Charleston. Under the terms of the agreement, IntegraMed has purchased the assets of the SEFC and has committed additional resources to support its further growth and development. IntegraMed will receive service fees comprised of reimbursed costs of services, a fixed percentage of center revenues and an additional fixed amount of the Center's earnings. The transaction became effective April 24, 2008.
IntegraMed America, Inc. Adds New Fertility Network Affiliate In Brooklyn, New York
IntegraMed America, Inc. announced the addition to its network of fertility centers, GENESIS Fertility & Reproductive Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. Having entered into an agreement to join the IntegraMed fertility provider network as an Affiliate, GENESIS receives distribution rights to IntegraMed's consumer products and services. In addition, GENESIS has the right to receive other products and services uniquely designed to support the business needs of successful, high-growth fertility centers. In Affiliate agreements IntegraMed is compensated through fee income based on the utilization of its products and services.
