The Company announced they are continually evaluating the operations and prospects for the Company to determine what course is best for shareholders. The Company said they have several options before them, which include continuing to operate the Company as an independent organization. 

 
infoGROUP Inc Reaches Agreement In Principle On SEC Investigation

infoGROUP Inc announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to resolve an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC Commissioners must still approve the agreement, which was reached with the Denver Regional Office of the SEC, and thus the terms are not final. The Company first announced the investigation on November 20, 2007. Under the proposed agreement, the Company would not admit or deny liability. The Company would agree to entry of a cease and desist order that it not violate Sections 13(a), 13(b) and 14(a) of the Securities Act of 1934 and related rules requiring that periodic filings be accurate, that accurate books and records and a system of internal accounting controls be maintained and that solicitations of proxies comply with the securities laws. The proposed agreement does not require the payment of any financial penalty by the Company. 

 
Trovus Chooses infoGROUP Inc's OneSource Information Services To Power Web Site Intelligence

infoGROUP Inc's OneSource Information Services announced that it and Trovus have joined forces to help companies make better and more immediate use of the actionable insight gained from Web site traffic. Trovus builds profiles of users visiting a Web site including information such as the length of time the user spent on the site, the pages that were clicked through, the number of times visited and where the user originated. Trovus customers can also opt in to receive additional data such as company profile, financials, key decision makers, news and contact information through their Web analytics reports. They will be able to build an instant profile of the companies visiting their Web site, eliminating the time they used to spend finding this information and helping marketers decide and carry out the next action that could turn the prospect into a client.
