City Of Abilene Signs Enterprise Software Contract With Lawson Software
The City of Abilene, Texas, has signed a contract with Lawson Software to implement a multi application contract that includes the Lawson Strategic Human Capital Management and Enterprise Financial Management suites. These applications will help the city automate and streamline HR processes and give employees and administrators more flexibility with many HR self-service functions. The contract was signed during Lawson's first quarter of fiscal 2010, which ended Aug. 31, 2009. Lawson Professional Services will provide implementation services for the project rollout.
Lawson Software Announces Contract
Lawson Software announced that Apache Corporation has signed a contract to implement Lawson Global Human Resources, a set of enterprise applications within the Lawson Talent Management Suite. The Texas-based energy company intends to use the Lawson applications as a new foundation to help streamline HR activities throughout its worldwide operations. By implementing Lawson Global Human Resources, Apache will have new tools in place to help manage core aspects of its geographically dispersed workforce. The contract was signed during Lawson's first quarter of fiscal 2010, which ended August 31, 2009. The new Lawson applications will provide Apache a new global HR infrastructure, which will help simplify its global HR processes. Specifically, Apache intends to consolidate multiple HR processes running on multiple systems across numerous regions globally.
Lawson Software Partners With Advanced Utilities Systems
Lawson Software announced a new partnership with Advanced Utilities Systems (Advanced). Advanced has joined Lawson's product partner program as a complementary referral partner focusing on the public sector market. Advanced, with its CIS Infinity Suite, delivers solutions that help local governments and utility organizations better manage customer information and utility billing. Through this partnership, Lawson and Advanced are now able to offer a more comprehensive enterprise software solution with the Lawson S3 Enterprise Management System and Advanced's CIS Infinity Suite.
University of Colorado Hospital Selects Multiple Lawson Software Enterprise Solutions
Lawson Software announced that the University of Colorado Hospital signed a contract to implement multiple Lawson enterprise applications. An existing Lawson customer, the hospital is adding Lawson Global Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Absence Management and Employee & Manager Self Service applications. It also added Lawson Business Intelligence and ProcessFlow Integrator.
ATC Lasham Now Live on Lawson Software's Lawson Enterprise Software System
Lawson Software announced that ATC Lasham, Ltd., the United Kingdom's independent aircraft maintenance organization has concluded a dual site implementation of the Lawson M3 Enterprise Asset Management Suite, including Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) functionality. The software implementations covered Lasham and Southend maintenance facilities.
