ManTech International Corporation Awarded Task Order To Provide Worldwide C4I Systems Support To Army PM DCATS

ManTech International Corporation announced that in the third quarter it received a subcontract to continue its mission-critical support to the Project Management office for Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS). PM DCATS is responsible for ongoing and new global information connectivity for joint operations center sites in CONUS and OCONUS locations. ManTech is a subcontractor to Apptis, Inc. for this two-year, competitively awarded effort which has an estimated total value to ManTech of $40 million. ManTech will continue to provide information technology solutions to include the design, integration, operations and maintenance of C4ISR, voice and visual applications, and capabilities and tools required to support joint operations centers that connect to the Defense Information Systems Network worldwide. 

 
ManTech International Corporation Receives $286 Million Contract From U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground At Fort Huachuca, Arizona

ManTech International Corporation announced that it has received a five-year, $286 million contract from the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) at Fort Huachuca. Under the competitively awarded contract, ManTech will support testing for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), navigation, and sensor systems for reliability, availability and maintainability, electromagnetic interference/electromagnetic compatibility, and security. ManTech will provide a full spectrum of services including scientific, engineering, technical, administrative, maintenance and logistics. Other services may include instrumentation and hardware/software-related development, as well as laboratory/testbed operations and special studies.

ManTech International Corporation announced that for the fourth quarter of 2009, it anticipates revenue of $522 - $547 million, net income of $29.0 - $29.8 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.80 - $0.82. The Company updated fiscal 2009 guidance for revenue to be in the range of $2.000 - $2.025 billion, net income of $111.2 - $112.0 million and EPS to a range of $3.09 - $3.11. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report EPS of $0.80 and net profit of $29.1 million on revenue of $557 million for the fourth quarter of 2009; EPS of $3.07 and net profit of $110.5 million on revenue of $2.061 billion for fiscal 2009. 

 
ManTech International Corporation Wins $76 Million Contract To Support IT Infrastructure For National Media Exploitation Center

ManTech International Corporation announced that it was awarded the follow-on effort for the IT operations and mission support program from the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) in the third quarter. ManTech will provide NMEC with data center operations, network operations, software engineering, systems engineering, information assurance, requirements management, configuration management, and project/program management support. The new, competitively-awarded prime contract is valued at $76 million with a base year (nine months) and four option years with a potential to surge 100%. ManTech`s team includes several small business teammates as well as Science Applications International Corporation. 

 
ManTech International Corporation Wins $98 Million IDIQ Contract From DHS To Support Secure Border Initiative Program Office

ManTech International Corporation announced that it was awarded an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide a full range of program management support services to the nation's Secure Border Initiative (SBI). The competitively awarded, single-award IDIQ program, which was awarded to ManTech in the fourth quarter, has a base-year and two option years and a total potential value of $98.8 million.
