Mercury Computer Systems announced that for first quarter of 2010, it expects revenues to be in the range of approximately $43-$45 million. At this range, GAAP earnings from continuing operations per share are currently expected to be in the range of $0.03 to $0.08. Commencing with the first quarter of fiscal 2010, Mercury will be changing its non-GAAP measure of reporting financial performance by using Adjusted EBITDA (earnings from continuing operations before interest income and expense, income taxes, depreciation, amortization of acquired intangible assets and stock-based compensation costs). Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter of 2010 is expected to be in the range of $3.5 million to $5.0 million.
