NCI, INC. Issues Q4 2009 Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates; Raises FY 2009 Guidance
NCI, INC. announced that for the fourth quarter of 2009, it expects revenue to be in the range of $122-$127 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.41-$0.43. For fiscal 2009, the Company expects revenue to be in the range of $465-$470 million and EPS to be in the range of $1.53-$1.55. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of $122 million and EPS of $0.41 for the fourth quarter of 2009; revenue of $451 million and EPS of $1.51 for fiscal 2009.

NCI, INC. announced a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award with a ceiling value of up to $50 million for all awardees. This multiple-award, competitive BPA was issued under the GSA MOBIS contract for a five year period.
NCI, INC. Awarded $12.7 Million USCENTCOM Task Order
NCI, INC. announced a task order award valued at approximately $12.7 million. Awarded through the Total Engineering Integrated Services (TEIS) contract, NCI will provide engineering and implementation services for a Multi-Level Video Information System (MVIS) Project for the U.S. Central Command's (USCENTCOM) new Headquarters at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Under the task order, NCI and its team members, Pershing Technologies and Advanced C4 Solutions (AC4S) will engineer, furnish, install, test and provide training for the MVIS in multiple conference rooms, command briefing rooms and operations centers in the facility. The period of performance for this task order is effective September 16, 2009 through May 31, 2011. This TEIS task order represents new work for NCI.
NCI, INC. Receives $6.4 Million Fort Bragg Network Enterprise Center IT Task Order
NCI, INC. announced a task order award with a value of $6.4 million. The Fort Bragg Network Enterprise Center (NEC) IT Support Services task order is new work for the Company with a period of performance of September 2009 through September 2010. This competitively awarded task order complements several recent task orders supporting the Fort Bragg installation. Awarded through the ITES-2S contract, this task order provides for support of the U.S. Army Signal NEC in support of its on-site communications and network support services. The primary focus for the NEC is providing LandWarNet access and protection to the expeditionary forces based at Fort Bragg. The NEC provides direct and indirect IT support for more than 60,000 customers located in more than 2,100 facilities to include Simmons Army Airfield, Camp MacKall and Pope Air Force Base as well as deployed forces.
NCI, INC. Announces Award of $4 Million AFWay II Fielding And Sustainment Task Order
NCI, INC. announced that it has been awarded a task order worth an estimated $4 million to support the fielding and sustainment of the AFWay II Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modernization throughout the U.S. Air Force. The primary place of performance will be at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama with performance beginning in September 2009 extending through September 2010. This competitively awarded task order is a continuation of earlier efforts in developing the AFWay II ERP pilot system and was awarded under the NETCENTS Contract Vehicle. Under this task order, NCI and its partner, SRA International, Inc. will provide the AFWay II Program Office with deployment of the production ready AFWay II application into the operational environment. AFWay is a web based system for purchasing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Information Technology (IT) products. The system combines e-Business and e-Commerce processes, which guide U.S. Air Force users through requirements approval, product selection, funding certification, purchase, and asset tracking by combining these into one process.
