Network Equipment (dba net.com) and Tango Networks announced a strategic sales and product-solution partnership. The partnership has two major components. Under the first component, the Company will offer Tango's Abrazo e fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) solutions to its enterprise and government customers, channel partners and carriers, globally, as a reseller. The second component enables the Company to integrate the Tango Abrazo eFMC solution into future the Company products to provide a single-box solution supporting mobility for unified communications and voice systems.

The Company reported revenue of $19.76 million in the second quarter of 2010. Network Equipment (dba net.com) announced that it has selected Sumitomo Shoji Machinex (SMX), as its premier Japanese distribution partner to facilitate the expansion of the Company's existing partner networks. SMX is owned by the Sumitomo Corporation Group and provides optimal business solutions in the areas of machinery, telecommunications, electronics and building services. The Company selected SMX for their ability to efficiently deliver UC solutions to channel reseller partners, as well as their extensive knowledge, skills, and expertise in the communications industry.
