Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte announced that together with NH Hoteles SA it has opened a new hotel for passengers and users of the international airport of Mexico City. The five-star hotel has 287 rooms, a business center, gym, SPA, pool, laundry, car rental and facilities for people with disabilities, among others. It sets a new standard of convenience, comfort and services within airports in Mexico City. Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte has 90% in the project, while remaining stake belongs to NH Hoteles.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte announced that the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2009 approved a total cash dividend of Ps. 400,000,000 to be paid in four quarterly installments. Each of the four payments will be Ps. 0.25 per share and will be made payable on July 15, 2009, October 15, 2009, January 15, 2010 and April 15, 2010 respectively.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte announced that details for the payment of the third of the four quarterly dividends with respect to 2007 results that was approved by its annual shareholders' meeting.
