Reuters reported that Open Table Inc said a secondary offering of 7 million shares was priced at $28 a share. Open Table Inc announced that it has agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets and certain liabilities of GuestBridge, Inc., a provider of guest management solutions, for approximately $3 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Open Table Inc announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed secondary public offering of 3,326,799 shares of common stock. All of such shares will be offered and sold by stockholders of OpenTable, and the selling stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering.
