Power-One, Inc. And Magnetek Mutually Terminate Supply And Distribution Agreement

Power-One, Inc. announced that it has mutually agreed with Magnetek, Inc. to terminate their Supply and Distribution Agreement, effective immediately. The agreement provided Magnetek with exclusive distribution rights to certain of Power-One's commercial photovoltaic (solar) Aurora products in North America, and non-exclusive distribution rights for certain of Power-One's residential photovoltaic Aurora products, as well as non-exclusive worldwide distribution rights for certain of Power-One's Aurora small wind inverter products.

CUI, Inc., a subsidiary of Waytronx, Inc. has entered into a non-exclusive Field of Use Agreement with Power-One, Inc. to license Power-One's Digital Power Technology patents to CUI. The non-exclusive license agreement provides access to Power-One's portfolio of Digital Power Technology patents for incorporation into CUI's new line of digital point of load power modules. 

 
Power-One, Inc. and Powervation, Ltd Announce Patent License

Power-One, Inc. and Powervation, Ltd., a provider of Auto-Control digital power IC solutions, announced that they have entered into a non-exclusive Field of Use license for Powervation under Power-One`s digital power technology patents. The license does not extend to stand-alone power supplies using Powervation products. 

 
Power-One, Inc. Announces Patent License With Texas Instruments

Power-One, Inc. announced that it has entered into a non exclusive Field of Use agreement to license its digital power technology patents to Texas Instruments (TI), a designer and manufacturer of analog technologies, digital signal processing and microcontroller semiconductors. The non-exclusive license agreement provides access to Power-One`s portfolio of digital power technology patents for incorporation in TI`s DC/DC controllers and modules, but does not extend to merchant stand-alone power supplies that use TI controllers.
