RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. announced that it has been chosen by KidsCo, a joint venture channel owned by NBC Universal, Corus Entertainment Inc. (Nelvana) and Cookie Jar Group, to provide playout to Australia. RRsat will be providing comprehensive playout and uplink services, as well as distributing the channel to the Foxtel DBS platform in Australia via the Asiasat 5 satellite. KidsCo also has the option to leverage RRsat's Global Network to provide additional playout to Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia in the future.

RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. announced that PRO TV International, the Romanian language TV channel targeting Romanians residing outside of Romania, has chosen RRsat to expand its coverage to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East via the Hotbird satellite. Furthermore, PRO TV International has chosen RRsat to distribute the channel to Sky Italia platform in Italy.

RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. announced that BVN-TV has chosen to expand its contract with RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. BVN-TV is a collaboration of Radio Netherlands, Dutch Domestic Public Television and Flemish Radio and Television - providing Dutch-language programming to Dutch and Flemish communities living outside The Netherlands and Belgium. The BVN-TV Channel is now also broadcast to Europe and the Middle East over the RRsat Global Network, using the Hotbird satellite.
RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. Reiterates FY 2009 Revenue Outlook; Issues Q3 2009 Revenue Outlook Below Analysts' Estimates; Declares Dividend
RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. reiterated its fiscal 2009 revenue outlook of $95-$100 million. For third quarter of 2009, it expects revenues of$23.8-$24.3 million. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenues of $95 million for fiscal 2009 and revenues of $24.5 million for third quarter of 2009. The Company also announced that on August 2, 2009, the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.17 per ordinary share, and in the aggregate amount of approximately $3 million. The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2009 to all of the Company's shareholders of record at the end of the trading day on the NASDAQ on August 18, 2009.
