Streamline Health Solutions Inc. announced that one of the pediatric hospitals in the nation, as designated by U.S. News and World Report, has implemented the first of several Streamline Health Business Process Management (BPM) workflow solutions. The initial deployment offers compliance assistance to the Human Resources Department providing easy access and monitoring of information associated with the entitlement of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Additional BPM workflow solutions expected to be implemented in this pediatric hospital in the coming months include: Invoice Routing, Certification Reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, Status/Change (Life Events), Performance/Compensation, and Refund Approvals.

Streamline Health Solutions Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jonathan R. Phillips, a current independent member of the Company's Board of Directors, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Streamline Health effective immediately. J. Brian Patsy, who had previously served as the Company's Chairman of the Board since the Company's inception, will continue as a director and as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Streamline Health Solutions Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Donald E. Vick, Jr., as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) pending the Board's selection of a new permanent Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vick may be considered as a candidate for such position. Pending the selection of a permanent Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Vick will also continue to serve as the Company's Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary; positions he has held since February, 2002.
Streamline Health Solutions Inc. Announces CFO Changes
Streamline Health Solutions Inc. announced that it has notified Paul W. Bridge, Jr., the Company's Chief Financial Officer, that his employment agreement would not be renewed upon the expiration of its current term on January 31, 2009. Subsequently, on November 6, 2008, Mr. Bridge unexpectedly informed the Company that he was resigning from all positions with the Company and its subsidiaries effective immediately. The Company intends to conduct a search, considering candidates both within and outside the Company, to replace Mr. Bridge as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Streamline Health Solutions Inc. Announces Agreement With The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati For Hosted Document Workflow Solutions
Streamline Health Solutions Inc. announced that The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, a network of five hospitals throughout Greater Cincinnati, has agreed to deploy the Company's accessANYware document workflow solutions, as well as Completion and Coding Workflow solutions at four Health Alliance hospitals through the Company's hosted ASP model. The agreement also includes the renewal of University Hospital, a member of the Health Alliance and a customer of Streamline Health since 1991. New document workflow solutions will also be deployed at the Health Alliance's business center, which serves all five hospitals.
