Terremark Worldwide, Inc. announced that for the third quarter of 2010, it expects revenues to range from $73.0 to $76.0 million and EBITDA, as adjusted, to range from $19.0 to $21.0 million. For fiscal 2010, the Company maintains guidance of revenues between $290 to $300 million and EBITDA, as adjusted, to range from $80 to $85 million. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report EBITDA of $22.3 million on revenue of $75.6 million for the third quarter of 2010; EBITDA of $81 million on revenue of $292 million for fiscal 2010.

(CGS) announced general availability of a new hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) option for its soft goods industry-specific BlueCherry enterprise management and Leadtec shop floor control solutions. In support of the move, CGS has secured Terremark Worldwide, Inc., to provide hosting services for its SaaS computing platform. The relationship also enables CGS to bundle Terremark's advanced disaster recovery tools with traditional CGS on-premise client-server implementations.

According to Reuters Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report EBITDA of $18.2 on revenues of $69.0 million for the second quarter of 2010; EBITDA of $82 million on revenues of $291 million for fiscal 2010.
