TrustCo Bank Corp NY To Cut Quarterly Dividend-DJ

Dow Jones reported that TrustCo Bank Corp NY said in a regulatory filing that its board has taken steps intended to retain additional capital by cutting dividend. The Company said it expects to cut its quarterly dividend to $0.625 a share from the current level of $0.11 a share, beginning with the second quarter declaration in May.
